This year groups of people have been doing Epro8. Epro8 is an inter school engineering compeition. We did a challenge with a group of 3. we had to build a crane with all the metal logs and screws and wheels. Here is a picture of the Epro8 set. I don’t have a picture of the construction my group made, but here is another picture showing what you can make with EPro 8.

Next term I am going to work hard on improving my ideas in my writing. I will try to build on my ideas and add more details to each idea.

I also would like to work on the structure of my sentences. I will check that my sentences make sense and that some sentences are short, some are long and they have different beginnings. I will check there are no missing words and the order of words is correct.

Today in miss halls class we did a thing called number daisy me and my friend Summer were a pair. At first it was hard but we slowly got the hang of it. So first we had to choose any number over 25 but only under 100 so we but and numbers int the daisy me and summer choose number 1 for the middle part of the flower but our main number was 29 we cant do diagonally  and randomly choose numbers to equal the number we had to choose numbers that are next to each other.

Hi! My name is Jazland and I’m 10 years old. I am  turning 11 years old this year and I go to Kaingaroa School. I’m half Japanese and half Kiwi. 

I live in Karikari Peninsula with my family. I have a younger sister called Sasha and a dog called Diesel. 

I’m looking forward to learning new things each day. I think I’m good at art and I enjoy doing art. I enjoy learning. I am going to try hard to focus on my work this year and to not get distracted.
